The Land Tenure Security Program (LTSP) is one of the three (3) major components of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP). It begins with the distribution of agricultural lands to qualified, landless Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), with the goal of enhancing their dignity and improving their quality of life through increased farm productivity. The program is anchored on the fundamental right of landless farmers and regular farmworkers to own the land they cultivate or to receive a fair share of the fruits of their labor

The Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development Sustainability Program (ARBDSP) aims to empower Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and their organizations (ARBOs) by providing sustainable support services that promote rural development and productivity. The program implements strategic initiatives such as enhancing farm productivity support, strengthening organizational capacity, and improving access to credit. It follows a roadmap designed to ensure long-term sustainability and resilience in Agrarian Reform Communities (ARCs). Key interventions of the program include prioritizing food production support, facilitating strategic partnerships, and ensuring budget utilization for effective program delivery.

Agrarian Justice Delivery (AJD) is a fundamental component of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) that ensures the fair and timely resolution of agrarian disputes and the provision of legal assistance to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs). It consists of two key elements: (1) the adjudication of agrarian reform cases, and (2) the delivery of agrarian legal assistance. Together, these mechanisms uphold the rights of ARBs and strengthen the implementation of agrarian reform policies.

The Foreign-Assisted and Special Projects Office (FASPO) is a vital unit of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) that contributes to the development of rural communities in the Philippines. It works closely with international partners to secure funding and technical support for projects that benefit Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), their organizations (ARBOs), and local communities. FASPO designs and oversees initiatives aimed at improving farm productivity, developing rural infrastructure, and enhancing livelihoods. It also ensures that all projects are effectively monitored to promote transparency, accountability, and efficient use of resources—ultimately advancing the well-being of Filipino farmers and the country’s agricultural sector.
